Contact will be either through Discord or e-mail.

I will update you on the work's status through those means. If you fail to answer, I'm unfortunately unable to make progress.

Payment will be made through Paypal.

The payment must be made upfront. I will send an invoice detailing your order.

I will start working after payment is confirmed.

Though the client is free to cancel, I will keep 50% of the payment if the work has already entered its final stage. (For sketch category, that is cleanup; for flat color, that is flat colors themselves.)

My signature is not to be removed. If posting my work elsewhere, please link back here; if it's on Toyhouse, please credit artist as @viviv.
